Rare letters in numbers

The smallest number that uses the letter p in it's canonical name (aka, when you spell it out in an ordinary way, like "seven" or "three thousand five hundred twenty eight") is 25 digits long. Worse yet is that the smallest number containing the letter c would be 28 digits long.

Now if only I could get them to change the Scrabble rules so that if you spell out a number you get that many points :)
